Data Deletion Request
You have the right to request deletion of personal data we hold about you. This page explains how to exercise that right. We will complete your request within 7 business days.
How to Request Deletion
Option 1 — Email (Recommended)
Send an email to listifyproagency@gmail.com
Subject: DPDP Data Deletion Request
Include: Your name, phone number or email used when contacting us, and what data you want deleted.

Option 2 — WhatsApp
Message us on WhatsApp: +91 9213450881
Send: “I want to delete my personal data. Name: [Your Name]. Phone/Email: [contact detail used].”
What Gets Deleted
- Your entry in our Google Sheets contact log
- Your email correspondence (from Gmail)
- WhatsApp message history
- Any project-related data (if project is completed and no legal hold applies)
Note: We may retain data if required by law (e.g., financial records for GST compliance — minimum 7 years per Indian tax law), or if a dispute is pending.
What Happens After Your Request
- We verify your identity (to ensure we delete the right person’s data)
- We delete your data from Google Sheets, Gmail, and WhatsApp
- We confirm deletion to you within 7 business days
- Google Analytics data is anonymised by GA4 and cannot be individually deleted, but expires after 14 months
Escalation
If your request is not addressed within 30 days, you may raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India: dpboard.gov.in
