Contact Form: Name, mobile number, email address, business name, city, service interest, budget range, business description
WhatsApp Enquiries: Phone number and any information you share in messages
Email: Email address and message content

2.2 Data We Collect Automatically

Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Pages visited, time on site, device type, approximate location (city level), referral source. GA4 anonymises IP addresses.
Browser Data: Browser type, operating system, screen size (for technical compatibility only)

We do not collect: payment card data, Aadhaar numbers, PAN numbers, health data, biometric data, or data of children under 18.

Contact form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheets document accessible only to Vipul Saini
WhatsApp messages are stored within WhatsApp Business
Email correspondence is stored in Gmail
All data is stored on Google’s servers, which comply with international security standards
We do not maintain our own database server

5. Data Retention

Enquiries that did not convert: Deleted within 12 months of last contact
Client project data: Retained for 3 years after project completion (for dispute resolution and warranty purposes)
Analytics data: GA4 retains data for 14 months (Google default)
WhatsApp messages: Retained for 12 months then deleted

6. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

Google LLC — Google Sheets (storage), GA4 (analytics), Gmail (email). Google Privacy Policy
Meta / WhatsApp Inc. — WhatsApp Business for client communication. WhatsApp Privacy Policy
Law enforcement — Only if required by Indian law or court order

7. Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023

As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

Grievance Redressal: Raise a complaint with us or the Data Protection Board of India
Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for processing at any time
Nominate: Nominate another person to exercise rights in case of death or incapacity

10. Children’s Privacy

Our services are directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, contact us immediately at listifyproagency@gmail.com.

We may update this policy. The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
